Creatr Forge
Last updated: April 15, 2026. These terms apply to your use of the Creatr Forge website and software (the "Service"). Paid features are billed through Stripe.
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Creatr Forge provides tools for creators and their teams to manage sponsor-related workflows (for example deals, invoicing, email agent features, and related analytics), subject to feature limits on your plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms (we will update the "Last updated" date above).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (typically monthly) through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fees until you cancel. Prices and included features are shown on the Membership page at checkout.
You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, other than taxes we are required to collect and remit as indicated at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal (opened from Manage billing on the Membership page while signed in). Cancellation stops future charges; you generally retain access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, where Stripe or your card network rules mandate a remedy, or where we determine in good faith that a charge was made in error (for example duplicate billing or a technical failure on our side).
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us using the details in the Contact section below with your account email and relevant invoice or charge identifiers. We aim to respond within a reasonable business timeframe.
You will not use the Service to violate law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, harass third parties, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or present security or abuse risk.
The Service integrates with third parties you connect (for example Google for sign-in or Gmail, Meta for Instagram, Supabase for hosting data, and OpenAI for certain AI features). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.
